The food is amazing! It’s so great to find a fellow Lebanese person here in Maui. Sam is the most friendly, excellent host! The food is authentic, homemade, fresh and delicious. Make sure you get the Toum (garlic whip), it’s the best I’ve had outside of Beirut! The falafel is donut shaped, which is the most authentic! It was so good we came back twice. 10/10!

I had the Chicken Shawarma Plate. It came with rice, Hummus and salad. The presentation was beautiful, colorful intentionally appealing. The flavors were amazing. The chicken was tender and had bold flavor. The Hummus had great texture, flavor and screamed homemade. The salad was a great Brite bite with a vinaigrette dressing. This is a great place to eat and worth the beautiful drive to Haiku.

We ordered the chicken shawarmas and falafel meal, and everything was fantastic. We’re staying nearby, but I wouldn’t hesitate to drive across the island to eat here. The guy serving us also made the experience awesome with his charismatic personality. We’ll be back soon!

Sam the man! has the best Mediterranean food in town. Located in Haiku. 10/10 RECOMMEND! +amazing service 👍🏽 everything on my plate was so fresh especially the salad! If I could name everything I would haha but in summary, everything was made and cooked to perfection!

The owner told us this would be the best meal we had on the island and I think it's safe to say he was telling the truth. I had never tried Mediterranean food because I live pretty far from restaurants of variety so I was happy to take his recommendations to add the garlic sauce to our chicken Shwarma plate and to also get a piece of the baklava he had made earlier in the morning. The sauce absolutely is what took it from a mid-level meal to being so incredibly delicious. The owner was incredibly warm and inviting and friendly and really connected with each of his guests while we were eating. Definitely recommend stopping here for a bite to eat, well worth it!
