I had the blackened Mahi Mahi with home potatoes and my wife had the Cajun style salmkn with home potatoes. also had the chicken tacos and fried calamari with their magic sauce which was so delicious. if you're staying in Kihei, this is the spot yo visit.

This has got to be the best meal we had on our weeklong stay in Maui. The flavour is excellent, portions are decent, and fish doneness is perfect. This is a very popular place so expect a lineup — we went for dinner on a Saturday and we lined up for almost an hour. It was worth the wait though.

It was well worth the wait. They ran out of rice and home potatoes till we finally got to order and we had to settle with french fries but it was all worthwhile. Excellent cajun mahi mahi and ono fish. Also the hoise sauce is great. No wonder there is always a long queue outside.

Tender, buttery grilled fish. Was absolutely worth the ~30min we waited for it.
The best part is all of the fish types and preparation styles. Can't go wrong with any of the Fresh Catch plates. Will definitely have to come back and try more!

PAIA Restaurant is a fantastic spot if you’re looking for fresh, delicious food in Maui. The portions are absolutely perfect, generous without being overwhelming, and the quality really stands out. Everything tastes incredibly fresh and thoughtfully prepared, which makes each dish even more enjoyable.
