Unexperienced Service, Rude management and did not fix the problem asked of this company. Was charged and referred to another to pay for more cost and repair. I used a young man for years at Roto-Rooter and he is no longer with them and the job was always done correctly and very professional. I do not recommend this local franchise in my opinion and many others will say the same. They truly have gone down hill as a company. Call anyone else if you have plumbing or drain issues.

They are quick to respond when needed, and the pricing is very reasonable. Doesn’t matter if it’s late at night, they will come! Professional and kind, and know what they are doing. I highly recommend them and they will always be my first call!

This company was fantastic. They were at my house less than an hour after I called, and worked HARD until they got my drain unclogged. Time was of the essence and I so appreciated their effort. The price was dramatically less than I expected. I highly recommend this company!

Today The guys came out and handle a situation that we have been dealing with for over 3 weeks now. The found the problem and fixed it within minutes. They explained to me and even showed me what had happened and come to find out it was a problem we have been having since we bought the house in 2011 and didn’t even know till it finally was so bad. Thank you Mike and Dencle for finally getting us taken care of and one less stress off our plate.
