The good. It would be pretty difficult to eat with a better view. Just stunning. The frozen coconut monitor was fantastic but pricey - $14. I ate and drank at the bar and had great service.
The bad - portions, especially appetizers, are small and pricey.
Overall, a really nice experience but when when you charge big prices it comes with big expectations, and it falls a tiny bit short.

We went for a late lunch/early HH. They have delicious coconut shrimp, a very tasty Caesar salad, great French onion soup and good ribs. Josh wine is very good and inexpensive at HH. The service was prompt as was the kitchen. Nice setting on the water.

Food was average for a breakfast place. We had different dishes, which looked appetizing, but lacked flavor. Not pictured is the Haleakala pancake thing, which was… interesting and soggy. Could barely eat it. Would have preferred the fruit on top a pancake versus in the batter.

Tony and the rest of staff were very kind and turned my day around for the better. The views are stunning; the perfect sunset spot and there was live music. I was happy to find a caprese salad and Brussel sprouts on the menu. I was craving some good veggies
